Instructions
1. Go to Select Style	Customize
2. Select a New Theme	Choose one of the Flexible Squares themes (it doesn't matter which one) and hit "apply theme".
3. Choose a Page Setup	At the bottom of the page, choose "2 Column (sidebar on right)", hit the "Aply Layout" button, then "Customize Selected Theme".
4. Use the stylesheet	Hit "Custom CSS" from the menu on the left and do the following: Use layout's stylesheet(s): choose "No" from the menu. Use layout's stylesheet(s) when including custom external stylesheed: choose "No" from the menu. Use external stylesheet: choose "No" from the menu. Custom stylesheet: paste the stylesheet contents in this box. Hit "save changes".
